By creating an account or purchasing a subscription on Quantum Hamster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Quantum Hamster provides managed game server hosting on dedicated virtual private servers. Each subscription includes one server instance provisioned on your behalf. Server availability is subject to infrastructure provider uptime.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your server is suspended immediately and permanently deleted after a 7-day data retention window. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You may not use Quantum Hamster servers to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination without refund.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Game world data is stored on your dedicated VPS. We do not guarantee backups. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before cancelling your subscription. All data is permanently deleted after the 7-day retention window.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Hamster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
