Common questions

How fast is my server ready after payment?

Servers are provisioned automatically and are usually playable within a few minutes of checkout. You'll get an email with the connection address when it's live.

What hardware do my servers run on?

Dedicated AMD Ryzen machines with 3.7 GHz+ cores and NVMe storage. Valheim's simulation is single-threaded, so high clock speed is what keeps large bases smooth. Your plan's RAM is reserved for your server alone, and we cap how many customers share each machine.

How do friends join my Valheim server?

In Valheim choose Join Game → Join IP and enter the address shown on your dashboard (e.g. 1.2.3.4:2456), then the server password from your Config tab.

Can I install mods?

Yes — enable BepInEx mod support in your server's Mods tab, then upload plugin .dll files. Everyone joining needs the same mods installed locally.

What happens to my world if I cancel?

Your server is kept for 7 days after cancellation. Download your world files from the World tab during that window — after 7 days everything is permanently deleted.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, anytime from your server's Config tab. Billing is prorated automatically and your world carries over.
